The MACO metallic doors, executed on the basis of own modern solutions (Patent no.108713, Technical Agreement issued by INCERC Bucharest, Specialty Advice from Bucharest Police Department) are presented as competitive products at the present standards in the field. The products satisfy the highest exigencies regarding safety, thermal and phonic insulation, air-tightness, and last but not least, the finishing.
The continuous concern for excellence made S.C. MACO Prodimpex S.R.L. acquire, beside the Patent, Technical Agreement, and the Police Specialty Advice, the SRAC certification for quality maintenance and pursuit, in compliance with ISO 9001 standard, in august 2001.
Features:
. Standard dimensions: 2050 x 880 mm (But they can be executed to order at any dimension, in one or two folds, with or without skylight )
. Construction: two 1-mm double pickled steel sheets, with "zet"-shaped interior reinforcements, folded edges that grant a higher resistance of the entire assembly, shaped jamb from 1.5 mm double pickled steel plate, interior injected polyurethane foam, that provides a good phonic and thermal insulation, and also ensures that the door function as a whole.
. Insulation: thermal and phonic insulation, by injecting medium density polyurethane foam inside the door frame casket.
. Tightness: provided by tubular fitting placed on the doorjamb.
. Finishing: the door frame is finished with a self sticking foil that imitates different shades of wooden veneer, and the jamb is painted in electrostatic field, painting that provides a modern aspect and a higher resistance to mechanical actions.
. Hardware:
- Main lock equipped with imprint euro-cylinder and protected by a MACO anti-theft escutcheon and an additional lock with an interior pin cylinder, protected by a MACO anti-theft escutcheon .
- A set of Monoblock locks, equipped out with imprint euro-cylinder and protected with MACO anti-theft escutcheon .
- Urbis main lock equipped with an Urbis imprint hub, protected by an Urbis Security anti-theft escutcheon + additional Urbis lock equipped with Urbis cylinder, protected by an Urbis anti-theft rosette.
- Kale Multi-system main lock with 5-direction closing, equipped with imprint euro-cylinders.
- Mottura main lock, 3-direction closing, with double teeth (safe type- without hub)
- Mul-T-Lock main lock with 4 direction closing, with imprint cylinder and anti-theft escutcheon.
. Safety: imprint keys and anti-theft escutcheons, additional shielding welded on the door interior, along the lock in order to cancel the possibility to perforate the lock around the anti-theft escutcheon, fixed bolts welded on the door frame which become active when the door is closed and cancel the attempts to take it off from the jamb (the door is approved by Bucharest Police Department as having a high level of safety). |
