The line of products "Nobila" included now a door in two wings, window and grating inserted on the fixed wing.

The metallic doors plated with MDF thermal vacuum, executed on the basis of solutions that combine the innovations in the field of S.C. MACO Prodimpex S.R.L., with the tradition and experience in door manufacturing of the Italian producers.
This product blends, in a very pleasant surprising way, the quality of materials with the excellent skills of our manufacturers. The metallic door plated with MDF thermal vacuum, through its superior finishing at European standards level, ennoble the entrance of your residence.
The safety rises at maximum levels thanks to the interior reinforcements, the shielding of 5 mm along the lock and not least, the valuable closing system on 3 directions, provided by the famous companies in the field: CISA and MOTTURA Italy.
Features:
. Standard dimensions: 2050x880 mm (But they can be executed to order at any dimension, in one or two folds, with or without skylight )
. Construction: one 1.5mm double pickled steel sheet with "U" interior reinforcements, folded edges that grant a higher resistance of the entire assembly, formed jamb from 1.5 mm double pickled steel plate, interior injected polyurethane foam, that provides a good phonic and thermal insulation.
. Isolation: thermal and phonic insulation, by introducing polystyrene in the door frame casket.
. Tightness: provided by spongy rubber gasket fitted on the jamb and also on the door frame.
. Finishing: The door frame is finished by placing MDF thermal-vacuum plates with PVC foil in different shades (light oak, nut tree, cherry, green and white mahogany), and the jamb is painted in electrostatic field, painting that provides a modern aspect and a higher resistance to mechanical actions. The MDF plates have a thickness of 10mm on each face, at the interior, the plate being ledge and at the exterior, with a applied drilled pattern or without a pattern.
. Hardware:
- CISA or MOTTURA main lock, with 3 direction closing, with double teeth key (safe-type, without hub), optionally, the CISA Cambio Facile lock can be fitted, which has the capability to be recoded with a new set of keys.
- Optionally, an additional lock can be added, that can be fitted or inlaid.
. Safety: keys with double teeth, additional 5mm shielding welded on the door interior, along the lock in order to cancel the possibility to perforate the lock around the anti-theft escutcheon, fixed bolts welded on the door frame which become active when the door is closed and which, together with the vertical closing rod, cancel the attempts to take it off from the jamb(the door is approved by Bucharest Police Department as having a high level of safety). |
